Thank you guys for answering my question and sharing your thoughts.
I agreed experts can cheat cameras but I means assign one more referee to manage camera and review immediately when needed, it would be less likely to cheat.
Since many years ago, video clips are accepted by courts as evidence in many cases in many countries. And video cameras are currently using in many other Olympic games such as 100meter running, rowing, swimming, cycling, car racing etc.....to decide who is winner. (I don't know since when it start using)
So FIFA why not?
Anyway they are now planning to use it.

ဒိုင္မမွားလည္း ဂ်ာမနီနဲ ့ပဲြမွာ အဂၤလန္ ရွံဳးမွာပဲ၊ ေျခစြမ္းက အျပတ္အသတ္ ကြာတယ္။ အဂၤလန္ အသင္းက မီဒီယာ ေၾကာင့္သာ နာမည္ၾကီးေနတာ။ အဲဒီပဲြမွာ ကဲြတာပဲ။

This was happened a lot in football matches.When the players made mistake the officials gave punishment .WHEN THE REFEREE MADE MISTAKE HE WAS ONLY TREATED BY VERY VERY SLIGHT PUNISHMENT BUT WHICH MADE THE WHOLE TEAM;WHOLE SUPPORTERS FOR THE TEAM AND THE WHOLE COUNTRY WAS SUFFERED. because they who are the official for those matches not take the responsibility and not to agree that they appointed unqualified referee and NEVER EVER MAKE APOLOGY TO THOSE WHO WERE SUFFERED.

I didn't know you were allowed to have blind referees at the World Cup!
time for some technology in the world cup.. like video review or FIFA official booth upstairs to overwrite referee's bad calls.. this world cup referees sucks.. who picked them anyway..
That stolen goal set the tone of the game however Germans do play well.
