“ျမန္မာအစိုးရဟာ ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရးသမားေတြ၊ စိတ္သေဘာထား ႀကီးႀကီးထားသူေတြ ပိုမိုပါဝင္လာၿပီး က်မတို႔နဲ႔ အလုပ္တြဲလုပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ ေက်နပ္ဝမ္းေျမာက္စရာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တကယ္လို႔သာ ဆီးရီးယားႏိုင္ငံလို အေျခအေနမ်ိဳးသာဆိုရင္ တမ်ိဳးတမည္ျဖစ္ကုန္မွာပါ” ဟု အေမရိကန္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီးဌာနမွ ေျပာခြင့္ရ အမ်ိဳးသမီး ဗစ္တိုးရီးယား ႏုလန္းက ပံုမွန္သတင္းစာ ရွင္းလင္းပြဲတြင္ ေျပာသည္။ဆီးရီးယားႏိုင္ငံတြင္ သမၼတ ဘာရွားအာဆတ္က လူထုအံုၾကြမႈကို အၾကမ္းဖက္ႏွိမ္နင္းေနၿပီး ေသဆံုးသူေပါင္း ၂၆၀၀ ေက်ာ္ ရွိေနၿပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ သမၼတ ဘာရွားအာဆတ္အစိုးရက ႏိုင္ငံတကာ၏ ျပစ္တင္ေဝဖန္မႈမ်ားကို လ်စ္လ်ဴ႐ႈလ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း သတင္းမ်ားအရ သိရသည္။
“ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ ေျပာင္းလဲလာတဲ့ ပထမဆံုးတခ်က္ကေတာ့ အတိုက္အခံေတြနဲ႔ လက္တြဲလုပ္ေဆာင္ဖို႔ ဆႏၵရွိေနတဲ့ အစိုးရေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ တက္လာတာပါပဲ” ဟု ဗစ္တိုးရီးယား ႏုလန္းက သတင္းေထာက္မ်ား၏ အေမးကို ေျဖၾကားသည္။
သို႔ေသာ္ ျမန္မာျပည္တြင္ ဆက္လက္လုပ္ေဆာင္စရာ မ်ားစြာ က်န္ေနဆဲျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ အစိုးရသစ္သည္ ယခင္စစ္အစိုးႏွင့္စာလွ်င္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္၊ လူမႈအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ထိေတြ႔လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ ပိုမိုအေျခအေန ေပးလာေၾကာင္း၊ ျပည္သူမ်ားက သေဘာမတူေသာေၾကာင့္ ျမစ္ဆံုဆည္ စီမံကိန္း ဆိုင္းငံ့ထားလိုက္ျခင္းကဲ့သို႔ေသာ အစိုးရ၏ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈကို အားေပးေၾကာင္း ဆက္လက္ေျပာသည္။
နယူးေယာက္တြင္ အေမရိကန္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီးသည္ တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး ယန္းႏွင့္ အိႏၵိယႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး ခရစ္ရွနာတို႔ႏွင့္လည္း ျမန္မာ့အေရး ေျပာဆိုေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ေၾကာင္းလည္း ဗစ္တိုးရီးယား ႏုလန္းကဆိုသည္။
ရပ္ဆိုင္းလိုက္ေသာ ျမစ္ဆံုဆည္ စီမံကိန္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ မၾကာေသးမီကလည္း အထက္လႊတ္ေတာ္အမတ္ ဂြ်န္မက္ကိန္းက ျမန္မာအစိုးရကို ခ်ီးက်ဴးေျပာဆိုခဲ့ေသးသည္။
ျမန္မာျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ အေမရိကန္ အထူးကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ဒဲရက္ မစ္ခ်ယ္က နယူးေယာက္တိုင္းမ္သတင္းစာသို႔ “ျမန္မာအစိုးရက လုပ္ကိုင္ေဆာင္ရြက္လာရင္ က်ေနာ္တို႔ဘက္ကလည္း ျပန္လည္ တုန္႔ျပန္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မွာပါ။ ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရးကို သူတို႔က ေျခတလွမ္းလွမ္းရင္ က်ေနာ္တို႔ဘက္ကလည္း ေထာက္ခံအားေပးပါမယ္” ေျပာထားသည္။
မစၥတာ ဒဲရက္ မစ္ခ်ယ္သည္ ၿပီးခဲ့သည့္လက ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႔ ၅ ရက္ၾကာ သြားေရာက္လည္ပတ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ၿပီးခဲ့သည့္ သီတင္းပတ္ အတြင္းကလည္း နယူးေယာက္တြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး ဦးဝဏၰေမာင္လြင္ႏွင့္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ေသးသည္။

It's really good to know that Myanmar Government is doing changes. Although we see only a small returns are coming, most of our people know they are doing good things for the country. And also believe it will be continuing. The one thing The President know well is that who is the biggest and nearest enemy for the country and government. The thing I can say is "CHINA is the real enemy for our country". We, soon will be able to see the shift between Friendship and Enemy as we are going democratization.

မေ၀ႏွင္းပြင့္သုန္ ေၿပာသလိုၿဖစ္ေနၿပီ ၊ ၿမန္မာအစိုးရက နဲနဲေရြ႕လိုက္တာနဲ႕ ကန္ နဲ႕ အီးယူေတြက မ်ားမ်ား လိုက္ေရြ႕တယ္ ၊ ဘာပဲေၿပာေၿပာပါ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္ ၂ ခုအတြင္းမွာေတာ့ ဒီတခါ အေၿပာင္းအလဲက ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ရတာ အရသာရိွတယ္လို႕ ခံစားရတယ္ ။

our world is building up with changes and transformations.
everybody also going like that.
soft and peaceful transformation is the most modernized way of change of our civilization.
this will lead our civilization to more better situations.
but, in this case, please don't just say, must done to everyone including these americans.
i don't like to rely extremely to everyone such as america, china, india and asean, but they are in fact needs for our mother country's development.
we must use their power and strength in equilibrium state, so that they can support our mother nation.
in this case, we must accept that our mother nation also need to payback somethings for them.
manipulating those powers can give our mother nation the best support.
finally, i like to say, our mother nation is now begin her transformation, but need some times to do many things.
please be patient, don't give her too much pressure and that will cause her overload and she will fall again.
and the most important is everybody must now ready to give her some help while she is trying to get up and make her steps on her own legs.
may all those helping our mother nation be great blessed!!
