“ဒူဘိုင္းမွာ သံ႐ံုးမ႐ွိေတာ့ Passport သက္တမ္း တိုးမယ္ ဆိုရင္ အီဂ်စ္ ကိုပို႔၊ မပို႔ရင္ ေဆာ္ဒီကို ပို႔ရတယ္၊ အဲဒီ လိုမ်ိဳး က်ေတာ့ အလုပ္က နည္းနည္း ႐ႈပ္သြားတယ္၊ သက္တမ္း တိုးရမွာက တမ်ိဳး၊ အခြန္ ေဆာင္ဖို႔ အတြက္က တမ်ိဳး အလုပ္ ႐ႈပ္ရတယ္”ဟု ဒူဘိုင္း ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ အလုပ္ လုပ္ေနေသာ ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံသား တဦးက ေျပာသည္။၎ကပင္ ဆက္လက္၍ အီဂ်စ္ ႏိုင္ငံ႐ွိ ျမန္မာ သံ႐ံုးတြင္ Passport သက္တမ္း တိုးရန္ အဆင္ေျပ ေသာ္လည္း အခြန္ေဆာင္ရန္ အတြက္ သတိထားရန္ လိုအပ္ေၾကာင္း ဆက္လက္ ေျပာဆိုသည္။
“အေမရိကန္ ဘဏ္ေတြနဲ႔ ခ်ိတ္ထားတဲ့ ဘဏ္ကေန ေဆာင္မယ္ ဆိုရင္ ပိုက္ဆံ မေရာက္ ေတာ့ဘူး၊ အခြန္ ေဆာင္ဖို႔ အတြက္ကို အစိမ္း (အေမရိကန္ ေဒၚလာ) ၅၀၀၊ ၆၀၀ ေလာက္ ေပးရေတာ့ ၾကားထဲမွာ ေပ်ာက္သြားရင္ ျပႆနာ ႐ွိတယ္၊ ေဆာ္ဒီကို က်ေတာ့ ပိုက္ဆံလႊဲ ရတာ အဆင္ေျပတယ္၊ ဒါေပမယ့္ သံ႐ံုးက အလုပ္မလုပ္ဘူး၊ အခုဆိုရင္ သူတို႔ေတြ အလုပ္မလုပ္တာ တလေလာက္ ႐ွိၿပီ” ဟု ၎က ဆိုသည္။
Passport သက္တမ္းတိုးျခင္းကို အီဂ်စ္ႏိုင္ငံ႐ွိ ျမန္မာသံ႐ံုးသို႔ ကိုယ္တိုင္မသြားၾကဘဲ စာတိုက္မွ တဆင့္သာ ပို႔ေဆာင္၍ သက္တမ္းတိုးေၾကာင္း ဒူဘိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ႐ွိ ဟိုတယ္တခုတြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနသူတဦးကေျပာသည္။
၎က “ဒီကျမန္မာေတြ အားလံုးလိုလုိက သံ႐ံုးကို ကိုယ္တိုင္ မသြားၾကဘူး၊ စာတိုက္ကေနပို႔ၾကတယ္၊ အဲဒီလိုပို႔ရင္ေတာ့ စာအုပ္မွန္း မသိေအာင္ ထုပ္ပိုးၿပီး ပို႔ၾကတယ္၊ စကၠဴနဲ႔ အရင္ဆံုးပတ္တယ္၊ ၿပီးမွ စာအိတ္ ထဲ ထည့္တယ္၊ တခ်ိဳ႕ေတြ က ေလးငါးေျခာက္ေယာက္စုၿပီး ပါဆယ္ထုပ္နဲ႔ ပို႔ၾကတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
အီဂ်စ္ႏိုင္ငံ႐ွိ ျမန္မာသံ႐ံုးမွလည္း သက္တမ္းတိုးရန္အတြက္ Passport မ်ား ပို႔မည္ ဆိုပါက ပစၥည္းပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးသည့္ ကုမၸဏီတခုျဖစ္ေသာ DHL ကုမၸဏီကို အသံုးမျပဳရန္ ျမန္မာမ်ားကို မွာၾကားထားေၾကာင္းလည္း သိ႐ွိရသည္။
“စာအုပ္ပို႔ေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ DHL နဲ႔မပို႔ဖို႔ သံ႐ံုးကလူေတြကိုယ္တိုင္ မွာထားတာမ်ိဳး႐ွိတယ္၊ အဲဒါနဲ႔ ပို႔တာက ပစၥည္းေတြ ေပ်ာက္တယ္ေလ”ဟု ဒူဘိုင္းေရာက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားတဦးကေျပာသည္။
ဒူဘိုင္းတြင္ ျမန္မာမ်ား ႀကံဳရေလ့႐ွိေသာ ျပႆနာမ်ားမွာ ေအးဂ်င့္မ်ား၏ မမွန္မကန္ ျပဳလုပ္မႈမ်ားျဖစ္သည္ဟု ဒူဘိုင္းမွ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသား ဟိုတယ္ဝန္ထမ္းတဦးက ေျပာသည္။
“ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ စာခ်ဳပ္ခ်ဳပ္တုန္းကေတာ့ ေအးဂ်င့္ေတြက ဟိုတယ္ေတြ၊ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္ေတြမွာ လုပ္ရမယ္ ဘာညာ ဆိုၿပီး စာခ်ဳပ္ခ်ဳပ္လိုက္တယ္၊ ဒီေရာက္လာေတာ့ shopping mall လိုေနရာမ်ိဳးေတြ ျဖစ္ေနတယ္၊ အဲဒီလိုဆိုရင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ ရတဲ့ သူအတြက္ ေနစရာ အေဆာင္ငွားရေတာ့မယ္၊ အဲဒီမွာ သူ႔အတြက္ ပိုက္ဆံက မက်န္ေတာ့ဘူး”ဟု အဆိုပါ ဟိုတယ္ ဝန္ထမ္းက ဆိုသည္။
ဒူဘိုင္းတြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ား၏ သာေရး၊ နာေရးကိစၥမ်ားကို Myanmar in Dubai ႏွင့္ သာသနာ့ေရာင္ျခည္ ဟု ေခၚသည့္ အဖြဲ႔ႏွစ္ဖြဲ႔တို႔မွ အဓိကေဆာင္ရြက္ေနၿပီး ျမန္မာတို႔၏ အဓိကပြဲေတာ္ျဖစ္ေသာ သႀကၤန္ပြဲေတာ္ကိုလည္း ယင္းအဖြဲ႔ႏွစ္ဖြဲ႔တို႔မွ ကမကထျပဳ က်င္းပၾကေၾကာင္းလည္း သိ႐ွိရသည္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားသည္ ဒူဘိုင္းတြင္ ဟိုတယ္လုပ္ငန္း၊ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ အမ်ားဆံုး လုပ္ကိုင္ ေနၾကၿပီး ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားတဦး၏ လစာေငြသည္ အနိမ့္ဆံုး ၈၀၀ ဒါဟမ္ (Dh) (၂၁၈ ေဒၚလာ) မွ အျမင့္ဆံုး ၇၀၀၀ ဒါဟမ္ (Dh) (၁၉၀၆ ေဒၚလာ) ခန္႔ ရ႐ွိသည္ ဟုလည္း သိ႐ွိရသည္။
ဒူဘိုင္းႏိုင္ငံသို႔ သြားေရာက္ အလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္လိုမႈမ်ားသည္ ယခုႏွစ္ ႏွစ္ဆန္းပိုင္းမွ စတင္ကာ တျဖည္းျဖည္း က်ဆင္းလာ ေသာေၾကာင့္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္း႐ွိ ျပည္ပ အလုပ္အကိုင္ ႐ွာေဖြေရး ေအဂ်င္စီ အခ်ဳိ႕သည္လည္း အဆိုပါ ႏုိ္င္ငံသို႔ အလုပ္ သမား ပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးမႈကို ရပ္နား ထားရေၾကာင္း ျပည္တြင္း ဂ်ာနယ္တေစာင္က ေဖာ္ျပထားသည္။
ဒူဘိုင္းႏိုင္ငံတြင္ လက္႐ွိအလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားမွာ ၂၀၀၀ မွ ၃၀၀၀ ၾကား ႐ွိေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ အျခား ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားျဖစ္ေသာ နီေပါႏွင့္ ဖိလစ္ပိုင္ ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားလည္း ဒူဘိုင္းတြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနၾကေၾကာင္း သိ႐ွိရသည္။

dear sirs,
i am sorry to read of the inconviniences of our nationals in dubai. i had served in our embassy in riyadh, saudi arabia and have now transferred to cairo.
the temporary halt of consular services in riyadh was because all myanmar missions worldwide switched its consular services to machine readable system . the consular staff had to be trained first and after that , the machines were sent to each mission from germany. these processes took time and actually , all mm nationals were forewarned of the temporary slowing down. in early july , just before i left, all machines safely arrived at our riyadh mission , and they probably would be in running condition by august.
cairo was the hub of the training center in the midle east and europe region and therefore , was among the first missions to run the machine readable systems .
we had discouraged our nationals to use the DHL because the company had said that it cannot take responsibility of any losses. the US FEDEX mailing system runs in egypt and will so too in dubai , i am sure. we encourage our nationals in dubai to use that mailing service.
once again , we are sorry for any inconviniences .
