အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္မ်ား၏ ေဘးတြင္ ေယာက္်ားသားတခ်ိဳ႕ လႈပ္ရွားမႈမရွိ မတ္တပ္ရပ္ေနၾကၿပီး အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ား လမ္းေလွ်ာက္ေနသည့္ ကန္ေဘာင္ေဘးတြင္ ဖေယာင္းတုိင္မီး ထြန္းညႇိထားေသာ တဲငယ္ေလးမ်ားႏွင့္ တာေပၚလင္စ အျပာေရာင္မိုးထားသည့္ အေသးစား တဲငယ္ေလးတခ်ဳိ႕လည္း ရွိေနသည္။ကန္ေဘာင္ေျမသား လမ္းအတုိင္း ေလွ်ာက္လာသည့္ က်ေနာ့္ကို ျမင္ေတြ႕ ၾကေသာအခါ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္မ်ားႏွင့္ အမ်ဳိးသားမ်ားမွာ လႈပ္လႈပ္ရွားရွား ျဖစ္သြားၾကၿပီး က်ေနာ့္အနားသို႔ အမ်ဳိးသား ႏွစ္ဦး ခ်ဥ္းကပ္လာသည္။
က်ေနာ္ႏွင့္အတူ လိုက္ပါလာေသာ လပြတၱာၿမိဳ႕ခံက အမ်ဳိးသားႏွစ္ဦးႏွင့္ တီးတိုးစကား ဆိုၾကၿပီးေနာက္ ကန္ေဘာင္ေပၚတြင္ လမ္းေလွ်ာက္ေနသည့္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္ေျခာက္ဦးလုံး ဖေယာင္းတုိင္မီး ထိန္လင္းေနသည့္ တဲငယ္တခုအတြင္းသို႔ ၀င္ေရာက္ သြားၾကသည္။ ထုိအမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္မ်ားမွာ ေဖာက္သည္ ေစာင့္ေမွ်ာ္ေနသည့္ ျပည့္တန္ဆာ ေလးမ်ားပင္ျဖစ္သည္။
“တခါၿပီးပဲ အတူေနမယ္ဆိုရင္ ၃၅၀၀၊ တညလုံးဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ၂၀၀၀၀။ စိတ္တိုင္းက် ေရြးလို႔ရတယ္၊ လာ အကို” ဟုဆိုၿပီး လပြတၱာၿမိဳ႕ခံက အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္ ေျခာက္ဦးရွိေနသည့္ တဲငယ္တခုအတြင္းသို႔ က်ေနာ့္ကို ေခၚေဆာင္ သြားသည္။
တဲငယ္အတြင္းတြင္ အမ်ဳိသမီးငယ္ေျခာက္ဦးသာ ရွိမည္ဟု ထင္မွတ္ထားေသာ္လည္း အမွန္တကယ္ ရွိေနသည့္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးစုစုေပါင္းမွာ ၁၀ ဦးျဖစ္ၿပီး အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္ အားလုံးမွာ အသက္ ၂၀ ႏွင့္ ၂၅ ႏွစ္ၾကား သာရွိၾကဦးေပ မည္။
ဖေယာင္းတိုင္မီးက အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္မ်ား၏ မ်က္ႏွာမ်ားကို ေသခ်ာစြာ ျမင္ေတြ႕ႏုိင္ရန္ မစြမ္းေဆာင္ႏုိင္ေသာ္လည္း သူတို႔အားလုံး၏ မ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ႏႈတ္ခမ္းနီ၊ မိတ္ကပ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ထူထူထဲထဲ လိမ္းျခယ္ထားသည္ကို ေဖ်ာ့ေတာ့ေသာ မီးေရာင္ျဖင့္ ေတြ႕ျမင္လိုက္ရသည္။
က်ေနာ္ေရာက္ရွိေနေသာ ေနရာကား လပြတၱာၿမိဳ႕၏ျပည့္တန္ဆာတန္း ဟုေခၚဆိုရမည့္ ၁ ရပ္ကြက္ ထန္းပင္စုရပ္ ပင္ျဖစ္သည္။ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္မ်ား အနက္မွ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္တဦးကို က်ေနာ္ ေရြးခ်ယ္လိုက္ကာ ေငြ ၃၅၀၀ ေပးေခ်လိုက္ၿပီးေနာက္ ထိုအမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္အား တည္းခိုခန္းသို႔ လိုက္ရန္ေျပာဆိုေသာအခါ ျပည့္တန္ဆာ ေခါင္း ျဖစ္ဟန္တူသည့္ အမ်ဳိးသားတဦးက ၀င္ေရာက္ဟန္႔တားသည္။
“တခါၿပီးပဲဆိုရင္ အျပင္ေခၚမသြားနဲ႔ တဲေနာက္မွာ ေနရာရွိတယ္။ ဟဲ့ .. ေကာင္မေလး .. နင့္အစ္ကို ကို ေခၚသြားလိုက္” ဟု ျပည့္တန္ဆာေခါင္း အမ်ဳိးသားက ထိုအမ်ိဳးသမီးကို လွမ္း ေျပာလိုက္သည္။
အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္က တဲအေနာက္ဘက္ရွိ ထင္းစည္းအနည္းငယ္ စုပုံထားေသာ အျပာေရာင္ တာေပၚလင္စ မိုးထားသည့္ အလ်ား ၆ ေပ၊ အနံ ၃ ေပခန္႔ရွိ အေသးစား တဲတခုအတြင္းသို႔ ဦးေဆာင္ေခၚေဆာင္သြားသည္။
တဲအတြင္း ထုိင္ခ်လိုက္ေသာအခါ ေအးစက္ေသာ အထိအေတြ႕ ခံစားလုိက္ရၿပီး ႏွီးဖ်ာၾကမ္းႀကီး တခု ခင္းထား သည္ကို သိရွိလိုက္ရသည္။ ေမွာင္မိုက္လွေသာ တဲအတြင္း တဦးမ်က္ႏွာတဦး ပီျပင္စြာ ေတြ႕ျမင္ရျခင္း မရွိ ေသာ္လည္း ထိုျပည့္တန္ဆာ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္က ႐ုတ္တရက္ က်ေနာ့္ ဂ်င္းေဘာင္းဘီရွည္ကို ဆြဲခၽြတ္ေတာ့သည္။
“အာ … ခဏေနဦးဗ်။ က်ေနာ္က စာေရးပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္ … စကားေျပာခ်င္လို႔ပါ။ တျခားဘာမွ မလုပ္ခ်င္ပါဘူး။ စကားပဲေျပာခ်င္လို႔ပါ” ဟု ေျပာဆိုေသာအခါမွ သူက က်ေနာ့္ ေဘာင္းဘီကို လႊတ္ေတာ့သည္။
ေဘာင္းဘီခါးပတ္ ပတ္ထား၍သာ ေတာ္ေတာ့သည္။ မဟုတ္လွ်င္ သူ ဆြဲခၽြတ္သည့္အားက ခါးပတ္မပါလွ်င္ က်ေနာ္၏ ဂ်င္းေဘာင္းဘီ အလြယ္တကူ ကၽြတ္သြားၿပီး ရွင္းျပရခက္ေသာ အေနအထား ေရာက္ႏုိင္ေပသည္။
“တေန႔ကို အပင္ (လာေရာက္ေပ်ာ္ပါးသည့္ အမ်ဳိးသား) ၂၀ ေလာက္ လက္ခံရတယ္။ အားလုံးက တခါၿပီးပဲ။ တခါၿပီး ၃၅၀၀ မွာ ေခါင္းက ၂၅၀၀ ယူတယ္။ က်မက တပင္ (တဦး) အတြက္ ၁၀၀၀ ပဲရတယ္” ဟု ထို အမ်ဳိးသမီးက ေျပာသည္။
သူက ေျမာင္းျမမွ လပြတၱာၿမိဳ႕နယ္သို႔ သူငယ္ခ်င္း ျဖစ္သူ၏ ဆက္သြယ္ေပးမႈျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ အလုပ္လုပ္ ကိုင္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ၿပီး ယခင္က ေခါင္းရြက္ဗ်ပ္ထုိး ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္ လွည့္လည္ ေရာင္းခ်ခဲ့ရာမွ စီးပြားေရး မေျပလည္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ယခုကဲသို႔ လိင္ ေဖ်ာ္ေျဖေရးအလုုပ္ကို လုပ္ကိုင္ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္ဟု ေျပာျပသည္။
“က်မ ခပ္ငယ္ငယ္အရြယ္မွာပဲ မိဘေတြဆုံးသြားတယ္။ ေမြးစားအေမနဲ႔ ႏွစ္ေယာက္တည္း ေနတာ။ ႏွစ္ေယာက္ တည္း ဆိုေပမယ့္ ဟင္းရြက္ေရာင္းတာနဲ႔ စားဖို႔ မေလာက္လို႔ လပြတၱာမွာ ကုန္သြားသယ္မယ္ ဆိုၿပီး ထြက္လာ တာ။ ဒီအလုပ္လုပ္တာ အေမမသိဘူး။ ၁၀ ရက္ တခါ ေျမာင္းျမျပန္တယ္။ ၿပီးရင္ျပန္လာတယ္” ဟု သူက ရွင္းျပသည္။
လိင္ေဖ်ာ္ေျဖေရး လုပ္ငန္းကို လုပ္ကိုင္ေနရေသာ္လည္း သူ႔အေနျဖင့္ ခုခံအား က်ဆင္းမႈေရာဂါ အေၾကာင္း အနည္းငယ္သာ သိရွိၿပီး ေပ်ာ္ပါးသူမ်ားက ေတာင္းဆိုမွသာ ကြန္ဒုံးသုံးဆက္ဆံေလ့ရွိကာ မ်ားေသာအားျဖင့္ ကြန္ဒုံးသုံးေလ့မရွိဟု ဆိုသည္။

“ဒီမွာ နယ္ခံမဟုတ္တဲ့ အျပင္က လူစိမ္းေတြ လာေပ်ာ္ပါးရင္ လပြတၱာၿမိဳ႕အပိုင္ရဲက အရပ္၀တ္နဲ႔ ၀င္ဖမ္းတဲ့ပုံစံ လုပ္ၿပီး ျပည့္တန္ဆာေခါင္းနဲ႔ ေပါင္း ေငြညႇစ္တယ္။ အဖမ္းခံရတဲ့ လူကလည္း ရွက္ေတာ့ ေတာင္းသေလာက္ ေပးတယ္။ ၁ ေသာင္း၊ ၂ ေသာင္းေလာက္ေပးရတယ္” ဟု ေျပာျပသည္။

“ … မၿပီးေသးဘူးလား။ နာရီ၀က္ေက်ာ္ေနၿပီ” ဆိုသည့္ ျပည့္တန္ဆာေခါင္း၏ အသံေၾကာင့္ သူက ေျပာလက္စ စကားကို ရပ္ၿပီး အခ်ိန္ေစ့ၿပီ ျဖစ္သည့္အတြက္ ဆက္လက္ စကားမေျပာႏုိင္ေတာ့ရာ စကား ဆက္ေျပာလိုပါက ျပည့္တန္ဆာေခါင္းကို ေနာက္တႀကိမ္ ေငြေပးရန္ ေျပာသည္။
ထိုတဲမွ ထြက္လာၿပီးေနာက္ သူတို႔တဲႏွင့္ ေလးအိမ္ေက်ာ္ တဲငယ္ေလးဆီသို႔ ဦးတည္သြားၿပီး ထုိတဲအတြင္းသို႔ က်ေနာ္၀င္လိုက္သည္။ တဲအတြင္း၌ လင္မယားျဖစ္ဟန္တူသည့္ အသက္ ၅၀ ေက်ာ္ အမ်ဳိးသားႀကီးတဦးႏွင့္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးတဦး ထုိင္ေနၿပီး ၎တို႔၏ေဘးတြင္ အသက္ ၂၀ ေက်ာ္အရြယ္ အမ်ဳိးသမီး ငယ္ႏွစ္ဦး လဲေလ်ာင္း လွ်က္ ရွိေနသည္။
အမ်ဳိးသားႀကီးက က်ေနာ့္ကို ထိုင္ရန္ေနရာထုိင္ခင္း စီစဥ္ေပးၿပီး ေစ်းစကားေျပာဆိုကာ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္ႏွစ္ဦး အနက္မွ တဦးကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ေစသည္။ ေပ်ာ္ပါးရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မရွိေသာ က်ေနာ့္အဖို႔ စကားေျပာေကာင္းမည္ဟု ယူဆရေသာ အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္ ကိုေရြးခ်ယ္လိုက္သည္။ ထုိ႔ေနာက္ တဲထဲတြင္ က်ေနာ္ႏွင့္ ျပည့္တန္ဆာ အမ်ဳိးသမီးကိုသာ ခ်န္ထားခဲ့ၿပီး က်န္လူအားလုံးမွာ တဲေရွ႕ ကန္ေဘာင္ေပၚသို႔ ထြက္ခြာသြားၾကေတာ့သည္။

1. Who is the responsible person ( group ) in this case ?
2. Do you think you can educate to all those concern people ?
3. They are only working ( sex ) for their living.
4. If not, who will going to take care for their survival.
5. The process of this events is due to poor management of the brutal existing government.
6. They don't care what will happen to the generation and I've to say they don't even know how to raise up the living standard of the people.
7. Look at the education system, economic system, rules and regulations system,...
8. What are you expecting from their very limited brain in their heads.
9. Then......no time......what are you waiting for ?

Please write more and more articles regarding with our country poor situation ,then we can alert and open our eyes and ears to cure it before attachment otherwise we all will be getting rid of our lives from earth , thanks Irradwady for this articles,Please Please open more our people ears and eyes.Don't mention who is having with so many chicken dishes on his meal !!! Only mention for those who are suffering with dangers and diseases , difficulties in their daily life style.

Infact , our people can't predict to conquence of their performance in sexual intercouse, never try to understand to the precautions of AIDS & HIVvirus ,how much that is dangerous and get rid of our lives from earth !!! we need to educate and upgrade more our people mindsets and careless as we can .First our people require to open for study english language reading , sepeaking and writing ,then they can use internet and study AIDS and other dangerous diseases from web ,also can study global information relevant to present world ,then they can upgrade themself.

As ordinary citizens, we can do so little things to help but nothing to stop the outbreak situation. So all media should write and post this kind of news more and more… to get attention from the regional Governments as they will all be affected too.
It is about the reality of Burma. Do not forget, 50% of those prostitutes carry HIV according to recent surveys and reports. You can do the Maths to predict what is going to happen in Burma if the regime doesn't take real action. Under current financial crisis, there will be more prostitutes to come on board. Most of AIDS cases are related to prostitution, not much drug related or others. Dear Sam
The writer was writing for the truth. He is telling us what is really happening out there. At least because of him, we know that what is really happening in those areas rather listening and watching news from the government. He is not writing shameless things.
The writer did point of some of the most important things that we, Burmese, should be careful about. This is happening and this will indeed destroy our whole society.
Not only the AIDS disease, but also other diseases including mental disease caused by the effect of Nargis. We should therefore have a real careful about this.

Whenever media trying to cover some important things about current crisis,the current government trying to hide those events and take action inappropriately.This is not just problem with prostitution of ladies.We can't just say don't do this.Government must provide them foods,shelters and basic needs.Poverty and inadequate income leads to overflow lots of prostitutes.I think most of our Government staffs can't hold moral characters any longer just because of poverty themselves especially Policemen,local judges,law officers,Immigration officers which not just getting bribes and also treating as rude and in humane ways to their own poor Myanmar people.How can we educate them to grow up as smart and polite officers in future and to treat nicely to their own people.
